Job Summary

To ensure the proper operation of facilities and equipment through multiskilled technical activities, while also guaranteeing efficient warehouse and logistics management. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in English with suppliers and international teams.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Warehouse Management

  • Manage daily warehouse operations: goods reception, storage, stock control, and dispatch

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock checks

  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and material availability with suppliers

  • Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and optimization of the warehouse

Technical Duties

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across different technical areas at the office (electrical, mechanical, general facilities)

  • Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures

  • Support installation works, technical improvements, and minor projects

Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers and external partners

  • Use English to manage technical documentation, emails, and operational calls

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs

Qualifications

Education

  • Technical qualification (Vocational Training – Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Installations, or a related field

  • Additional training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus

Experience

  • Proven years in a similar role or performing multiskilled technical functions

  • Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management

Languages

  • English: intermediate level – ability to read technical documentation, write emails, and participate in operational calls and meetings

  • Spanish: native or advanced

Technical Knowledge

  • General facilities maintenance

  • Warehouse management tools (ERP systems, Excel, or similar)

  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

  • Forklift and/or lifting platform license is a plus

  • Availability for occasional travel

  • Availability for occasional out‑of‑hours interventions (depending on business needs)

  • Valid driving license (Category B)
