We’re looking for a Principal Talent Advisor to support hiring across Equinix’s Technology and Product function. As part of the Integrated Talent Solutions team (Talent Acquisition), you’ll play a key role in attracting and assessing top talent, guiding leaders with insights, shaping effective hiring strategies, and leading complex searches with autonomy in a collaborative, inclusive, and forward‑thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Strategic Talent Advisory & Workforce Partnership

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into clear, actionable talent strategies.

  • Use talent intelligence, market insights, and structured Build–Borrow–Buy–Place frameworks to shape informed hiring approaches and guide leaders toward the best talent solutions.

  • Advice on role clarity, internal mobility opportunities, alternative talent channels, and market/location considerations that impact sourcing strategy.

  • Influence hiring decisions by presenting data‑backed insights, funnel trends, and recruitment analytics that deepen understanding of the talent landscape and elevate hiring quality.

End‑to‑End Recruitment Ownership

  • Lead end‑to‑end hiring for Technology roles, ensuring a thoughtful, high‑quality process that aligns with business needs.

  • Build rich and diverse talent pipelines by engaging the market proactively, uncovering new talent pools, and staying close to evolving trends.

  • Apply structured evaluation to surface strong candidates, offering balanced insights and clear recommendations that help hiring teams make confident decisions.

  • Collaborate with wider People team to shape positive outcomes.

  • Stay ahead of potential challenges in the hiring process, removing obstacles early and keeping searches moving with clarity, speed, and quality.

  • Identify efficiency opportunities to automate workflows, streamline handoffs, and enhance the overall speed and quality of the hiring process.

  • Bring an AI‑first mindset to daily work. Use intelligent tools and automation to simplify workflows, accelerate sourcing, and drive smarter, more efficient hiring.

Excellence in Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience

  • Deliver a consistent, high‑touch experience to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Coach hiring teams on assessment quality, structured interviewing, competency frameworks, and reducing interview bias.

  • Reinforce Equinix’s brand and EVP through storytelling and professional representation in the talent marketplace.

Talent Orchestration & Ecosystem Integration

  • Activate internal talent pathways, including internal mobility, referrals. Support New‑to‑Career or Pathway programs.

  • Collaborate with Talent Marketing to design targeted campaigns and strengthen brand presence in key markets.

  • Contribute to regional talent programs, workforce initiatives, and hiring process improvements.

  • Drive Equinix’s talent visibility by hosting meet‑ups, participating in industry events and conferences, and representing the company at talent‑attraction activities to strengthen our presence and build talent pipelines.

 Data, Insights & Operational Discipline

  • Use data and analytics to diagnose funnel health, identify risks, and recommend actions.

  • Maintain excellent ATS hygiene, documentation, and compliance with global hiring standards.

  • Role‑model structured hiring, interview discipline, and equitable decision‑making across the business.

  • Provide insights and reporting that support forecasting, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.

Experience

  • 10+ years of hands‑on Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to regional or multi‑function hiring.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior business leaders.

  • Experience using research, data, and market insights to guide talent decisions and advise stakeholders.

  • Background supporting high‑growth or complex environments; tech or digital infrastructure industry experience is a plus.
