Job Summary
We're building HR and Legal data products that power workforce planning, talent strategy, compliance, and risk management across the enterprise. These products unify data from core systems (HRIS/HCM, ATS, contract lifecycle, and compliance tooling) and are delivered through a unified enterprise analytics and intelligence platform—a trusted single source of reference that exposes insight through APIs, semantic models, dashboards, and conversational and agentic AI experiences.
As Product Manager, you'll help drive the data & analytics product strategy and roadmap for our Corporate Functions (HR and Legal). You'll partner closely with stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities, operating rhythms (talent review cycles, workforce planning cadence, compliance calendars, contract renewals), and pain points—fragmented data, manual reporting, limited scenario planning, and governance gaps—and translate them into high-impact, AI-enabled data products that increase insight precision, automate reporting, and elevate HR and Legal as strategic advisors to the business.
Responsibilities
Partner & advise: Build trusted relationships with HR and Legal stakeholders by understanding their objectives, operating cadence, and core processes; translate pain points (attrition risk, headcount reconciliation, skills and talent gaps, DEI reporting, contract bottlenecks, compliance governance) into data product solutions. Manage stakeholder expectations within and across functions
Shape strategy & roadmap: Support development of the product strategy and an ROI-informed roadmap, balancing quick-win delivery with foundational platform efforts
Build data products: Contribute to function-grade semantic models (employee, talent, headcount, contract, compliance) that integrate with the enterprise platform, its model store, and query APIs. Help productize analytics and AI/ML services—workforce forecasting, talent dashboards, compliance reporting packs, conversational insights, governance-enabled data catalogs—while upholding platform principles: system of reference (not system of record), domain data ownership, and full lineage, provenance, and auditability
Analyze the market: Research industry practices, competitors, and verticals; report on emerging HR and Legal analytics and AI trends (predictive attrition modeling, skills intelligence, contract analytics, compliance automation). Introduce best-in-class external practices and governance frameworks (GDPR, data privacy, records compliance)
Develop business cases: Collaborate on—and may create—financial business models; conduct business opportunity reviews with senior team members
Measure success: Define metrics that inform product success and drive user experience improvements (adoption, reporting cycle-time reduction, forecast accuracy, model quality, automation ROI)
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with data platform, data science, AI/ML, and engineering teams; support backlog refinement, test case definition and UAT, and design product training curriculum
Qualifications
7+ years of experience preferred, ideally with exposure to HR and/or Legal data products
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with modern enterprise data platforms, semantic/data modeling, APIs, and AI/ML concepts; experience delivering products on an analytics/intelligence platform is a strong plus
Understanding of data governance principles—lineage, provenance, auditability, and domain data ownership
Knowledge of HR and/or Legal concepts (workforce planning, talent management, people analytics, compliance, data privacy, contract lifecycle management) is a strong plus
Excellent communicator who can simplify the complex and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders
Ability to work across HR, Legal, IT, Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams
Bias for action, ownership, and the ability to break down complex problems, drive alignment, and remain decisive
