Le ou la titulaire du poste sera le premier point de contact durant tout le cycle de déploiement et responsable de gérer de manière proactive les risques, les problèmes, les échéanciers et les attentes des parties prenantes.
Responsabilités
Exécution et livraison de projets
- Piloter et gérer des déploiements clients transversaux de grande envergure, couvrant plusieurs sites ou régions.
- Être chargé du cycle de vie du projet du début jusqu’à la fin, y compris la planification, l’exécution, le suivi, la gestion du changement et la clôture.
- Développer, maintenir et gérer activement les échéanciers de projet et des plans de déploiement complets.
- Établir, gérer et atténuer les risques pour la réalisation des projets, les dépendances et les changements en cours de réalisation.
- Cerner de manière proactive les risques liés aux échéanciers et à la réalisation des projets et communiquer clairement les conséquences aux parties prenantes internes et aux clients.
Gestion des clients et des parties prenantes
- Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients pendant les déploiements en assurant une présence auprès des cadres partenaires.
- Développer des relations de confiance solides avec les clients et les partenaires internes.
- Diriger des rencontres périodiques avec les clients et de gouvernance interne pour réviser les progrès, les risques et les jalons.
- Communiquer de manière claire, opportune et professionnelle avec les clients pour les informer de mises à jour, de problèmes, de résolutions et de jalons.
- Coordonner les visites finales des projets et en fournir la documentation de clôture.
Résolution de problèmes et d’escalades
- Gérer de façon indépendante les escalades régulières et de complexité moyenne; collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion sur les dossiers complexes, au besoin.
- Voir à la résolution de problèmes avec empressement, persévérance et professionnalisme.
- Tenir les équipes internes responsables des engagements de réalisation, des résultats et des échéanciers.
Leadership transversal
- Mobiliser et coordonner les équipes internes, y compris les fonctions de vente, d’exploitation, de conception et de construction, ainsi que les fournisseurs externes.
- Encourager des communications claires et cohérentes entre toutes les équipes participant à la réalisation des projets.
- Tirer profit de son expérience et de son jugement pour anticiper des défis et solutionner les problèmes le plus tôt possible.
Amélioration continue
- Recueillir les leçons apprises lors de discussions de débreffage avec les clients et les équipes internes.
- Utiliser ces renseignements pour améliorer de futurs déploiements, des processus et l’expérience client.
Qualifications
- Aptitude éprouvée pour la gestion de projets clients complexes et de grande envergure, avec très peu de supervision.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, un grand souci du détail et une grande discipline dans l’exécution.
- Style de leadership collaboratif et la capacité de développer de bonnes relations à l’interne et avec les clients.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes, et l’aptitude pour demeurer calme et efficace sous pression.
- Bonne compréhension de l’environnement des centres de données et des déploiements d’infrastructure.
- Connaissances utiles des produits, services et processus opérationnels d’Equinix.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais.
- Prestance professionnelle appropriée pour interagir avec des clients de niveau cadre.

Job Summary
As an xScale Project and Program Manager, you will lead large, complex customer deployments for Equinix’s most strategic customers. You will own end-to-end delivery, from project initiation through closure, ensuring commitments are met or exceeded while providing a seamless, high-quality customer experience. This role requires strong independent judgment, executive-level customer engagement, and the ability to manage cross-functional, multi-site, and cross-regional deployments. You will serve as the primary point of contact, proactively managing risks, issues, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional, multi-site, and/or cross-regional customer deployments.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, change management, and closure.
- Develop, maintain, and actively manage comprehensive project schedules and deployment plans.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and in-flight changes.
- Proactively surface potential timeline and delivery risks and communicate impact clearly to internal stakeholders and customers.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary customer interface during deployments, maintaining an executive-level presence.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and internal partners.
- Lead regular customer and internal governance meetings to review progress, risks, and milestones.
- Deliver clear, timely, and professional customer communications covering updates, issues, resolutions, and key milestones.
- Coordinate final project walk-throughs and deliver project close-out documentation.
Escalations & Issue Resolution
- Independently manage standard and mid-level escalations; partner with management on complex issues as required.
- Drive issue resolution with urgency, persistence, and professionalism.
- Hold internal teams accountable for delivery commitments, outcomes, and timelines.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Effectively engage and coordinate internal teams across sales, operations, design, construction, and external vendors.
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication across all delivery teams.
- Leverage experience and judgment to anticipate challenges and address issues early in the process.
Continuous Improvement
- Capture lessons learned through customer and internal debriefs.
- Apply insights to improve future deployments, processes, and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage large, complex customer projects with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong internal and customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Solid understanding of data centre environments and infrastructure deployments.
- Working knowledge of Equinix products, services, and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Professional presence suitable for executive-level customer interactions.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 192,000 - 317,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
