Job Summary
This position is part of a team dedicated to improving the operational effectiveness of our internal customers (Global Operations) through automation.
You would be partnering with stakeholders (both up- and downstream) to capture requirements from the business, contribute to solution design within established standards and architectural direction, and develop solutions, requiring contributions from team members when needed, deliver finalized products, and advise customers on change adaptation.
You would balance communication and project management skills, as well as strong technical development and solution delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Case Development
Lead the development of complex business cases, including financial modeling (ROI, cost-benefit analysis) and strategic alignment
Design and facilitate cross-functional plans and roadmaps that align with business priorities
Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plan
Manage and own projects all throughout their life cycle, owning technical delivery end-to-end within established standards and architectural direction, handling impeccable customer service, and maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders
Program & Project Delivery
Own the successful delivery of multiple interrelated projects aligned to a broader business strategy
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve targeted outcomes
Drive continuous improvement across program delivery processes and standards
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including leadership and governance bodies
Act as a key advisor by understanding business needs and influencing decision-making
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and manage challenging situations effectively
Communication & Governance
Deliver clear, tailored communications to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership
Champion best practices and contribute to the evolution of project/program management standards
Serve as a subject matter expert and go-to resource across programs
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify and manage risks at both project and strategic levels
Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to resolve complex issues and escalations
Drive mitigation plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Resource & Financial Management
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and allocation across programs
Resolve resource constraints and vendor-related challenges with confidence and autonomy
Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize value delivery
Qualifications
Typically, 3+ years of experience developing business applications, automation solutions, or other technical solutions
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply existing development knowledge effectively across new tools, platforms, and solution delivery approaches
Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems effectively, and maintain strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to quickly translate existing software development experience into low-code platforms
Experience with reporting tools
Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities or automation technologies
Experience working within structured development practices, including ALM, testing, deployment, and governance
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 88,000 - 132,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 139,000 - 223,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
