Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Field Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), tailored field marketing programs, and data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging global campaigns, ensuring seamless lead progression throughout the pipeline.
You will be responsible for analyzing account behavior, supporting sales outbound activities, and executing bespoke events to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. The role requires a strategic mindset, a data-oriented approach, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth by aligning marketing efforts with sales teams to engage high-priority accounts and convert opportunities into customers.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Partner with the country sales teams to develop territory-level and account-level marketing plans that achieve pipeline generation and new bookings.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and metrics.
Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between global campaigns and local ABM efforts.
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing events (e.g., roundtables, workshops, hospitality events, and account-specific activities) to influence customers/prospects and deepen account engagement.
Partner with partner marketing on events that require both field and partner marketing teams’ execution.
Lead Management & Sales Enablement
Execute a structured follow-up process for all leads, communicating with sales teams and SDR team to make sure each lead receives the most optimal and timely follow-up.
Provide sales teams with the resources they need (e.g. solution selling guides, 6sense insights) to engage and sell to their target accounts.
Data Analysis
Conduct data analysis to develop an understanding of engagement, intent, and behavior of accounts to support sales motions.
Track metrics such as marketing-sourced leads and opportunities and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage marketing budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI.
Manage vendors to ensure maximum output and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience within the technology sector, preferably in B2B IT.
Extensive marketing experience in B2B, enterprise-level field marketing with international organizations.
Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to execute programs that had a quantifiable impact on pipeline.
Understanding of or interest in the cloud and data center industry in Australia, including market dynamics and regulatory environment.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), ABM tools (6sense), and Microsoft Excel.
