Job Summary

Senior Director, HR Product Strategy & Digital is a strategic visionary with deep expertise in the HR tech ecosystem, specializing in the development of product-led roadmaps and scalable tech stacks that power enterprise-wide HR solutions. Directly responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving innovation and high-fidelity delivery by aligning technical execution with user-centric design and business strategy. A transformative leader who acts as a catalyst for change, bridging the gap between complex technology and seamless employee experiences. 

 

Responsibilities

  • AI-Enabled Strategy: Define the Employee Experience (EX) Delivery Strategy by integrating generative AI and emerging technologies to solve complex organizational gaps

  • Unified EX & AI Steerco: Lead cross-functional initiatives to align the enterprise technology roadmap with a unified vision for a frictionless, AI-augmented employee lifecycle.  Ensures HR system strategy and architecture is effective, efficient and scalable as well as in line with Equinix’s overarching enterprise systems strategy. Play the role of the solution architect for HR technology 

  • Experience Delivery Model: Partner with HR Experience Excellence Hub leader to support the creation and building of the Experience Delivery strategy and model

  • Architectural Leadership: Directly responsible for the development of Tech Stacks and product roadmaps that lead enterprise applications for the HR function

  • Intelligent Product Lifecycles: Coordinate across People leadership to ensure product management is effective through shared accountability, focusing on finding product-market fit for internal tools

  • Agile AI Delivery: Manage the development and delivery of products through Agile Scrum teams, driving efficiency and quality in application delivery

  • Tech Innovation & Adoption: Keep up to date on technology innovations and industry trends to build defined, inclusive digital experiences that cultivate high employee adoption

  • Strategic Tooling: Partner with appropriate stakeholders to support the selection and implementation of advanced tools that align with a continuous improvement governance model

  • Create Full-Stack UX Approach: Create full-stack UX capability across HR & IT including User Research, Interaction Design, and Interface Design

  • Strategic Process Practice: Use lean and six-sigma mindsets to ensure the organization is solving the right problems before applying AI or technology solutions

  • Performance Architecture: Develop experience and process scorecards to monitor KPIs and the degree of attainment for both business and user goals Building Experts: Build and cultivate a diverse team of high-performing individuals, Product Management, AI, and Process Excellence

  • Navigating Ambiguity: Demonstrate the ability to lead through the uncertainty of rapid technological shifts, recovering quickly from setbacks to move the strategy forward

  • Courageous Innovation: Champion bold ideas and make courageous decisions to drive transformative results

 

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in ITHR discipline requiring direct management of HR applications systems, personnel, and budget 

  • Thought leader in the practice of Design Thinking, Product Management, and finding Product-Market fit at the intersection of users, business, and technology 

  • Experience leading technology transformation, particularly in customer enabling applications 

  • Experience leading an organization through an agile transformation and/ or through cloud migration 

  • Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer and employee enabling systems 

  • Transformative Strategy & AI Vision: Acts as a catalyst for change by architecting HR tech roadmaps that blend Generative AI, emerging trends, and existing infrastructure into a unified Employee Experience (EX) strategy

  • Unified Product & Engineering Delivery: Leads cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, UX) across the full lifecycle, from user research and full-stack design to Agile execution, ensuring the stability of legacy systems while accelerating innovation

  • Operational Excellence & Inclusive Leadership: Combines Lean/Six-Sigma rigor with a global, inclusive mindset to drive measurable process maturity, mentor digital literacy, and lead high-performing teams through complex organizational transformation

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
