Reporting and Analytics Analyst - Data Center Deployment

Job Summary

The Reporting & Analytics Analyst supports Technical Deployment Management and Data Center Operations through data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis.

In this role, you will focus on data center deployments and provisioning analytics—helping teams plan, execute, and continuously improve customer implementations, including EIS deployments, change orders, reinstalls, and inventory-related activities.

Responsibilities

Deployment & Operations Analytics

• Analyze and model data related to data center deployments, customer implementations, and provisioning activities

• Support analytics across the deployment life cycle from order validation through implementation and close-out

• Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities affecting on-time delivery and service quality

Reporting & Visualization

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for Technical Deployment Management and Operations teams

• Publish dashboards tracking deployment status, commit-date adherence, and provisioning accuracy

Inventory activities

• Keep the Deployment inventory up to date

• Work with TDMs to ensure the proper material inventory is on site

• Coordinate inventory transportation from one IBX to another as requested

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Integrate data from multiple operational systems.

• Perform deep-dive analyses to support investigations, audits, and escalations.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate recurring analytics and reporting tasks.

• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment, lead times, and data quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Technical Deployment Managers, Data Center Managers, Operations, and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a business, operations, or reporting analyst, typically 3+ years

• Advanced Power BI and SQL skills

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting data center operations or technical deployments

• Familiarity with provisioning, ticketing, or inventory systems

• Experience with Python, R, or Alteryx

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 61,200 - 91,800 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 66,000 - 98,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
