Job Summary
The WFI FPT Partner translates all workforce data (internal & external) into strategic insights that drive business and talent outcomes. This role is functionally aligned partnering with HR FPTs and business leaders, operating as the primary FPT data & insight lead to inform workforce-related decision-making, shape the future workforce, and build data maturity across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Strategic Insight Generation
Produce executive‑ready insight materials tailored for senior leadership audiences
Present analyses and recommendations clearly and confidently to FPT and executive stakeholders, shaping recommendations by integrating internal and external workforce signals
Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of business problems and opportunities and provide advice / recommendations on how people data and insights can support decision making
Contributes to and guide the development of WFI products, analyses and insights (in partnership with broader team – WFI & SWP) that addresses critical business challenges
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted insight advisor / partner to HRBPs, FPT, and business leaders, proactively influencing, driving change, and build relationships
Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, and Talent Organisation to understand and address business-related people insight and planning needs
Partner with broader People Strategy team (WFI and SWP) and business analytics teams to providing consolidated advice on business-related workforce challenges
Upskilling & Enablement:
Design and deliver training to build people data maturity across HR and business teams, including storytelling with data
Identify upskilling needs and lead focused training efforts in partnership with other Workforce Insights capabilities
Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
Drive adoption of WFI products with FPTs and with business leaders and stakeholders
Establish standards & feedback loops with stakeholders to understand insight needs
Partner with broader WFI team to ensure WFI solutions evolve to meet FPT and business needs
Support the development of strategies for continuous improvement of analytics products, based on user feedback
Project Management & Team Lead
Lead and coordinate business-oriented workforce analytics projects across the team, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact
Ensure data integrity, insight quality, and effective action planning throughout the project lifecycle
Provide team / capability leadership across other WFI FPT Partners
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for analytics initiatives
Qualifications
Significant experience in people analytics, HR strategy, business partnering, consulting or related fields, with a proven record in advisory or leadership roles
Experience working with Customer & Revenue Operations functions preferred
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering analytics solutions that drive business and talent outcomes
Hands-on expertise with data analytics tools and developing & presenting executive-ready analysis and reports
Experience developing executive‑ready deliverables and presenting insights to senior leadership teams
Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and enabling data-driven decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology, Mathematics, Analytics); Master’s degree preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
