What motivated your decision to join Equinix?

I come from the telecommunications industry with over 20 years of experience. These service providers are well-established and operate on a large scale, which often entails navigating through various processes and procedures. As a result, we need to consistently provide solutions that meet very specific business requirements. The most appealing and fulfilling aspect for me was learning about Equinix's carrer-neutrality and partner-friendly environment. Our focus is not just selling our products, but also prioritizing industry knowledge and best practices, allowing us to be trusted advisors to our customers. We enable our customers to overcome their technological challenges by incorporating solutions built on our platform services. 

Could you share with us your journey at Equinix over the past few years? 

I have been a part of Equinix team for the past six years, witnessing first-hand out continuous transformation and growth to serve our partners and customers better. During my initial three years as a global solutions architect based in Singapore, I contributed to the evolution of Equinix from being solely a colocation provider to becoming the world's leading infrastructure company.

Throughout this journey, I had the privilege of being involved in significant milestones such as the launch of Equinix Fabric, the development of Network Edge and various new markets expansion throughout the region. These experiences showcased Equinix's forward-thinking approach and unwavering commitment to empower our customers. 

As my career progressed, I was given the opportunity to lead a team of global solutions architects in Singapore. I currently oversee a team of sales engineers and global solution architects across South Asia. I am glad that I can drive Equinix's growth and success while working alongside many other talented professionals. 

I am proud to be part of an organization that constantly strives for innovation and excellence, and I am excited to explore what the future holds as we continue striding ahead.
