Job Summary

Ever wondered how top executives are discovered and hired - and how data, AI, and insights influence those decisions? This internship puts you right at the heart of it. 

 

Join our Global Executive Talent Research team and work on real projects spanning executive talent research, competitors intelligence, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and process improvement — all in a fast‑moving, global environment. 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Support executive talent research across global markets, including talent mapping, competitor insights, and leadership landscape analysis. 

  • Help build and maintain future‑ready executive and critical leadership pipelines. 

  • Contribute to analytics, reporting, and dashboards used to inform senior leaders. 

  • Work with AI-enabled systems and tools used in talent research, analytics, and workflow optimization — ideal for candidates passionate about AI and emerging technologies. 

  • Take part in business process improvement projects, applying Lean Six Sigma concepts to make processes smarter and more efficient. 

  • Support project coordination and delivery across global, cross‑functional teams. 

 

We’re looking for someone who 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and expecting to graduate between December 2026 - December 2027

  • Is hands-on, humble, proactive, and solution-driven 

  • Has a strong interest in data, research, analytics, and AI 

  • Enjoys turning insights into practical outcomes
