About the role 

Join the team improving how new employees get started at a global company. You’ll help support the Global New Hire Onboarding program - organizing projects, keeping content up to date, and turning feedback into simple insights so we can make onboarding better week by week. 

What you’ll do 

  • Help coordinate projects (meetings, notes, action items, timelines) 

  • Update and organize onboarding materials (guides, FAQs, checklists, internal pages) 

  • Draft simple communications (announcements, reminders, “what’s changing” updates) 

  • Collect and summarize feedback from new hires and partners 

  • Support basic survey design and/or reporting (tracking completion, participation, and trends) 

What we’re looking for 

  • Currently enrolled student (any major—HR, business, communications, psychology, data/analytics but really all are welcome), and expecting to graduate between December 2026 - December 2027

  • A can-do attitude who is curious and ready to jump in and learn 

  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks 

  • Strong collaboration, communications and writing skills as well as attention to detail 

  • Comfortable with leveraging AI, Excel/Sheets (sort, filter, combining worksheets) and PowerPoint (or willing to learn fast) 

Nice to have 

  • Interest in a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, I/O Psychology, talent success, employee experience, program management, project management, corporate communications, business operations, or change management 

  • Curiosity about how global companies deliver and scale programs that require multi-faceted approach to solving customer problems across technology, process and people 

  • Experience with project plans, surveys, dashboards, and basic data analysis 

  • Experience with video editing tools  

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
