Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Fusion Financials to support subscription lifecycle management, billing operations, and enterprise finance processes.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional global teams to drive requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, release management, and production support across Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
This role requires a techno-functional professional with strong experience in Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, and integrations with Oracle/Salesforce Order Management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Process Analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business requirements and processes
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, process modeling, and gap analysis
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
Oracle Subscription Management & Billing
- Support end-to-end subscription lifecycle management including:
- Subscription creation
- Amendments
- Renewals
- Pricing
- Billing operations
- Configure and support Oracle Subscription Management solutions aligned to business needs
- Support integrations between Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Receivables, Billing, and Salesforce/Oracle Order Management systems
Solution Design & Functional Ownership
- Design and document cross-functional solutions across Oracle Fusion applications
- Develop functional specifications for applications, integrations, and conversions
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on solution delivery
Testing & Release Management
- Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and validate test scenarios with stakeholders
- Manage defect triage and resolution with engineering teams
- Support release planning, deployment activities, and production sign-offs
Production Support & Continuous Improvement
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues
- Support enhancement initiatives and process optimization efforts
- Drive best practices for documentation, knowledge transfer, and support readiness
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across global teams
- Coordinate multiple initiatives and application releases simultaneously
- Support training, adoption, and change management activities
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations and support
- 3–4 years of hands-on Oracle Subscription Management implementation experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Subscription Management
- Billing
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
- Advanced Collections
- Credit Management
- General Ledger (GL)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle management and billing flows
- Experience with Oracle/Salesforce Order Management integrations
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD creation, UAT, and production support
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations and enhancements
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global enterprise environments
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Business, or related field
