Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with analysts and engineering
Establish and document metric definitions, calculation logic, and data sources to ensure accuracy and trust
Embed data governance, scalability, and performance considerations into product design
Drive End-to-End Product Delivery
Lead the product through the full lifecycle — from backlog refinement and sprint planning to UAT and release
Partner closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Define structured UAT processes and ensure dashboards meet expectations before release
Monitor post-launch performance, manage enhancements, and continuously refine the product based on feedback
Champion Enablement & Adoption
Develop and execute user enablement strategies including documentation, demos, and training sessions
Partner with Product Operations to drive adoption, usage tracking, and feedback loops
Evangelize analytics products internally and position dashboards as trusted sources of truth for enterprise performance
Qualifications

Proven track record delivering enterprise dashboards or analytics solutions used by senior business stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and understanding of data modeling, ETL, and performance optimization
Experience operating in agile environments, managing backlog, sprint cycles, and cross-functional dependencies
Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and translate complex business needs into structured product deliverables
Experience working in B2B technology or SaaS environments preferred
Ideal Candidate
Structured thinker with strong problem-solving discipline and attention to detail
Business-savvy, able to frame analytics in terms of decisions and impact
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities
Clear and concise communicator capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
High ownership mindset, proactive, and able to operate effectively in dynamic environments
