Competition participants: Participants of refleksometr game at the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit Warsaw event 4-5.06.2025

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the competition is Equinix Poland Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-697 Warsaw, NIP 7010109699, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

2. The rules of the competition are defined in these terms & conditions, which come into effect on the day the competition starts, i.e., on 4.06.2025 from 00:00 and remain in effect until its completion, i.e., until 5.06.2025 at 15:00.

3. Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 by the start date of the competition and consumers within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code with full legal capacity can participate in the competition. Equinix employees cannot participate.

4. The competition is conducted at the Equinix Career Booth at the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit.

5. The competition involves completing in the Refleksometr game, which responding to a prompt as quickly as possible. 

6. Participants must submit their responses through the designated submission method (tablet) at the event stand. Only responses submitted during the event will be considered.

7. The participant with the quickest response each day on 4th and 5th until 3pm will be declared the winner.

8. The fastest participants from each day will be notified by the Organizer via email sent to the address provided in the competition form. 

9. The winner of prize from 4th of June will be notified via email by 10 am on 5th of June and can collect prize from the Equinix stand by presenting email from organizer. Winner from 5th of June will be notified via email by 4 pm on 5th of June and prize can be collected from the Equinix stand by presenting email from organizer. 

10. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to contact the participant or deliver the prize due to reasons on the participant's side, especially in case of failure to provide or providing incorrect information, changes in participant's information without notification. In such cases, the prize is forfeited.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

The condition for participation in the competition is:

1. Participation in the refleksometr game at Equinix stand at Women in Tech Summit organized on 4.06.2025 and 5.06 2025.

2. Giving consent to the processing of personal data for participation in the competition for refleksometr game at Equinix stand during Women in Tech Summit.

3. Giving consent to the processing of personal data to enable Equinix Poland Sp. z o. o. to contact for marketing and recruitment processes conducted by Equinix Poland.

4. Completing the contact form and participating in refleksometr game.

3. COMPETITION SCHEDULE

1. Participating in refleksometr game: 4.06.2025 from 9 am to 6 pm and 5.06.2025 from 9 am to 3 pm. 

2. Notification of competition results: 5.06.2025 10 am for 4.06.2025 winner and 5.06.2025 4pm for 5.06.2025 winner. The notification will be sent by the Organizer to the winner via email to the address provided by the participant in the competition form.

4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION[AA2] 

I hereby give consent to the processing of my personal data, including my name and email address, for the purpose of participating in the competition for participants of refleksometr game at the Equinix booth at Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit, including conducting all activities related to the competition and awarding prizes. I confirm that I have read the information clause regarding the processing of personal data.

We inform you that the administrator of your personal data is Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79, Warsaw. You can contact the administrator via email: marta.stachowiak@eu.equinix.com or at the provided address, which is also the correspondence address.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing 

The data is processed for the purpose of conducting the competition organized by Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o. during the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025 event among conference participants, based on the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. 

Data Recipients

The data may only be disclosed to authorized entities based on legal provisions. The Administrator will not transfer the data to third countries. 

Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained will be processed for the purpose of participating in the competition for participants of the refleksometr game at Equinix stand at Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit, including conducting all activities related to the competition and awarding prizes for the duration of the competition and for a period of 2 years thereafter, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. In the event of withdrawal of consent, your personal data will be processed only for archiving purposes, as evidence, for the period appropriate for the limitation of claims, which will be a maximum of 5 years.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify them, delete or limit their processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Please direct the above-mentioned requests to the email address provided in the Data Administrator section. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the above-mentioned Regulation. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA TO CONTACT FOR MARKETING AND RECRUITMENT PROCESSES CONDUCTED BY EQUINIX POLAND

I give consent to the processing by Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o. of my personal data, including my name, surname, and email address, for the purpose of enabling Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o. to contact me for marketing and recruitment processes conducted by Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o. for a period not exceeding 2 year from the date of giving consent. I confirm that I have read the information clause regarding the processing of personal data.

Purposes and legal basis for data processing

The personal data provided by you will be processed by the administrator for marketing and recruitment purposes, based on your consent given in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR*, to participate in recruitment processes conducted by Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o.[AA6] 

Data recipients

Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the data administrator, as well as entities providing support services to the administrator based on commissioned services and in accordance with concluded entrustment agreements, especially in the area of recruitment support.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed for marketing and recruitment purposes until the withdrawal of consent, but no longer than for a period of 2 years. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of data for marketing and recruitment purposes, your personal data will be processed only for archiving purposes, as evidence, for the period appropriate for the limitation of claims, which will be a maximum of 5 years.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. We inform you that decisions regarding the recruitment process will not be made in an automated manner.
