Bij Equinix zijn wij opzoek naar een enthousiaste Facilitaire Coördinator. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle facilitaire zaken en draagt bij aan het creëren van een prettige werkomgeving. Samen met de Facilitair Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dienstverlening binnen 8 datacenters in Amsterdam. Door het kleine team zijn de werkzaamheden heel breed en heb je de mogelijkheid voor eigen initiatieven. Ben jij opzoek naar een uitdagende en afwisselende rol lees dan verder!
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met het Operationele team op onze datacenters. Je hebt aandacht en oog voor details, bent gedreven en werkt gestructureerd met een passie voor facilitair management.
Jouw taken:
Verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van leveranciers, dienstverleners en facilitair personeel om een uitstekende coördinatie en uitvoering van de werkzaamheden met minimale verstoring te garanderen
Je streeft ernaar om processen, systemen en algehele tevredenheid voortdurend te verbeteren
Assisteren bij ergonomische beoordelingen en de juiste bureauopstellingen
Verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren en goed verlopen van facilitaire projecten
Kwalificaties
HBO werk- en denkniveau met een afgeronde opleiding op Facilitair gebied
Ervaring in een internationale omgeving is een pré
Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden
Goede kennis en beheersing van Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen in een snelle dynamische omgeving
Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
