【Job summary】
Cross Functional defines the purpose and scope of work, working with stakeholders to coordinate overall work within the department.
Plans, monitors and controls assigned work. Secures necessary resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, issues and changes. Manages assigned work to complete on time, within budgeted cost, according to specifications.

【Responsibilities】
Apply a range of approaches to planning and information gathering to develop, drive and lead more complex business cases, plans and schedules. Be knowledgeable in the business and review and support cross-functional planning.

【Stakeholder Management】
· Works with multiple stakeholders and may work with government/governing bodies.
· Understands stakeholder needs and builds effective relationships
· Uses influence to address challenging stakeholder situations.

【Communication】
Uses a range of communication methods to provide information relevant to audiences and business needs.

【Risk Management】
· Manages risk from business contexts as required.
· When faced with an issue, work laterally to analyze available information to understand the issue and work with the team to resolve it. Also escalate as necessary.

【Financial Management】
Resolve budget issues with internal teams and external suppliers.

 【 Document Management 】
· Have in-depth knowledge of all Equinix products/processes.
· Assist in process development and documentation.
· Document lessons learned and share with stakeholders.

【Application Qualifications】

- Japanese communication and writing skills for internal and external communication

- Fluent English writing and communication skills
- JLPT N1
- 8 years or more of work experience (in the data centre industry and Cross-disciplinary management skills )
