Who are we?

We are seeking a highly-motivated individual, with strong accounting skills, attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and ability to work well with cross functional organizations.  This position will report to Lease Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accounting of all leasing transactions in compliance with regulatory reporting requirement, including US GAAP, IFRS, company policies and internal control standards.

• Utilize Lucernex, a lease administration and accounting system, to set up and generate accounting entries.

• Participate in the month end close activities.

• Flux Analysis of lease accounts

• Prepare journal entries and BS reconciliation

• Assist with audit

• Update quarterly lease disclosures and controls

• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

• Special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance functions

• Knowledge of US GAAP or local accounting standard

• Strong attention to details and the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision and within tight deadlines in the fast-paced environment

• Experienced with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Cloud, R12 or other ERP systems preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Self-starter and team player with a positive attitude

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
