Earlier this year, the European Data Act went into force. The stated goal of the Act is to set new rules that “define the rights to access and use data generated in the EU across all economic sectors and…make it easier to share data.” The Act is especially noteworthy at a time when enterprises increasingly rely on multicloud infrastructure to optimize workloads across different priorities.
