Job Summary
Manages the execution of high complexity technical projects using predefined methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities
Technology Project Planning and Execution (Single Project with a start date and end date. Plan, Execute, Close)

  • Scopes and plans for large technology projects

  • Manages multiple technical projects at the same time

  • Facilitates project retrospective meetings

  • Identifies project improvement areas and action items for improvements

  • Approves project budget requests

  • Leads effort estimation process across various teams

  • Creates project team org chart


Technology Program and Portfolio Management (On-going program with multiple projects and teams Identify, Change, Empower, Monitor)

  • Leads large complex enterprise-level technology projects consisting multiple Agile/Project teams

  • Identifies and resolves program level issues with cross functional teams

  • Manages program external dependencies

  • Manages program backlogs

  • Aligns projects within the program

  • Manages program funding

  • Approves program budget requests


Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Builds relationships with company senior managers and directors

  • Communicates minor project/program scope, schedule, resource, and budget changes

  • Designs new technology project portfolio reports


Technology Project Methodologies and Tools (Methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, Scrum. Tools such as Clarizen, SharePoint, Project Library)

  • Defines and communicates technology project methodology for specific project types

  • Defines and communicates technology project processes

  • Creates and reviews project templates

  • Evaluates new PMO tools, designs tools, trains tool admins


Qualifications

  • Proven years of experience

  • Associate's degree preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Poland (Outside of Masovian) : 174,000 - 288,000 PLN / Annual

Poland (Masovian) : 192,000 - 317,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
