Job Summary – Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations (People Manager)

The Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations is a people manager responsible for leading a team that executes critical operational activities across the Delivery Operations organization.

This role ensures consistent enforcement of the Global Sales Compensation Plan, bookings compliance, and cross-regional operational processes, while driving day-to-day execution, coordination, and service delivery.

The role manages a team accountable for sales compensation enforcement, bookings compliance, cross-regional assignments, splits automation development and testing, and Sales helpdesk support. The manager provides clear direction, prioritization, and oversight to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of these activities, balancing operational rigor with responsiveness to business needs.

This position owns the day-to-day execution and coordination of team activities, ensuring alignment with broader Delivery Operations objectives and dependencies. The manager acts as an escalation point for complex or sensitive sales-related issues, supporting the team in troubleshooting, decision-making, and resolution, while also directly engaging in higher-impact or cross-functional escalations as needed.

In addition to operational leadership, the Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations plays an active role in process optimization and alignment, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve scalability, consistency, and control. The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and other operational teams to drive alignment across regions and functions, support automation initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of global processes.

Operating with established policies and frameworks, the manager translates functional objectives into clear team priorities, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to standards. Decisions and execution quality can have material financial, operational, and employee impact, requiring strong judgment, accountability, and disciplined leadership.

The role collaborates extensively with cross-functional stakeholders and peer leaders, effectively communicating priorities, risks, and outcomes. Through active people management, coaching, and operational leadership, this role ensures the team delivers reliable execution while continuously improving how work is done across the Delivery Operations organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven years experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required

 

 

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 173,000 - 277,000 PLN / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 99,000 - 149,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
