Job Summary

The Sales Strategy and Operations Expert is an experienced individual contributor responsible for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and timely execution of regional bookings activities. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, translating established sales policies and functional objectives into consistent operational outcomes across the region.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on bookings policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and exception management, ensuring that all bookings meet corporate standards and are accurately reflected through the month-end close process. Acting as a trusted point of escalation, the role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and IT to troubleshoot complex booking issues, resolve discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.

This position owns the regional month-end close for bookings, including coordination, validation, and formal handover to Finance and IT. The role evaluates booking scenarios that require interpretation of policy, assesses risk and impact, and applies consistent decision-making to protect revenue recognition, reporting accuracy, and downstream processes.

The Sales Strategy and Operations Expert also coordinates closely with regional counterparts to ensure consistency in bookings treatment, policy application, and issue resolution across regions. The role participates in forecast and pipeline calls, advising on bookings-related risks, considerations, and constraints, and providing input to support accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.

Operating within established policies and frameworks, the role develops and executes operational practices that support tactical results, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to the effectiveness of cross-functional processes. Errors or delays can have material financial and operational impact, requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and disciplined execution.

The role collaborates frequently with peer professionals and key stakeholders across multiple functions, clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and outcomes. While this position does not have direct people management responsibility, it exerts influence through expertise, partnership, and operational leadership within the region.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 173,000 - 277,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
