We’re looking for a Network & Security Engineer to join an international environment where you’ll help operate, support, and improve enterprise‑grade network and security systems.
What You’ll Do
Support the operation and monitoring of enterprise-grade network and security infrastructures, helping ensure high availability and performance
Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents (L2/L3), including high‑priority (P1) issues
Take part in a 24x7 on-call rotation, providing out-of-hours support when needed
Carry out regular maintenance activities such as firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and migrations
Work closely with global teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and plan upcoming changes
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and post-mortem reports
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and the evolution of the infrastructure
What You Bring
A technical background in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Hands-on experience in network and security operations environments

Solid knowledge of:
Routing and switching in multivendor environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Arista, Juniper, VyOS)
Network protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, and VRRP
Security platforms including FortiGate, NSX, or SDN solutions
Monitoring and diagnostic tools
The confidence to lead technical tasks in critical environments and collaborate effectively across teams
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, in an international setting
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Nice to Have
Relevant technical certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Juniper, or VMware NSX
Experience or knowledge in network automation using tools like Python or Ansible
