Job Summary
This Chief of Staff role sits within the VP Strategy and Transformation team as part of the Office of the Executive support function for the SVP, Global Channel Sales. The Chief of Staff will own the operational orchestration for the function — keeping the team highly organised, aligned, and on track to deliver on the multi-year strategy and transformation initiatives across Global Partner Sales. This is a high-visibility role that requires operational effectiveness, exceptional communication skills, creative problem solving, AI tools usage, and the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
Responsibilities
Operating Rhythm & Meeting Cadence
Own the end-to-end operating cadence for the SVP and leadership team, including week leadership team calls, quarterly leadership team offsites, and all associated actions and follow-up
Collaborating closely with the Executive Assistant, maintain a forward view of the SVP's calendar; prepare briefing notes for key executive meetings, and be the point of contact, and content lead, for any SVP participation in any CRO All Hands, CRO Managers call or other functional teams’ Town Halls so the SVP is fully prepared for every engagement.
Partner with the Sales Ops leader to ensure all 13-week cadence forecasting content is ready ahead of key meetings and events
Design and facilitate agendas for all forums, ensuring discussions drive to clear decisions and that outcomes are documented and followed through
Stakeholder & Commitment Management
Monitor and coordinate all actions assigned to the VP, Transformation and SVP, Channel across all key forums, ensuring commitments are delivered on time
Work proactively with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum on key priorities
Act as a delegate for the VP, Strategy and Transformation to help drive scale and pace in the business
Build strong working relationships across Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Communications, Marketing and partner functions to support effective information flow and timely decision-making
Strategic Initiatives & Sprint Work
Take ownership of strategic priorities — scope the problem, run the sprint, and deliver a clear point of view with recommended timelines and accountable owners
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives from planning through to execution, ensuring milestones are met and progress is visible to senior stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational simplification and drive implementation in partnership with the relevant teams
Provide analytical and strategic support to the leadership team, synthesising data and developing recommendations that inform key decisions
Content & Events
Lead content coordination for Quarterly All-Staff calls, Quarterly Leadership offsites, Channel breakout sessions at the annual sales conference (Connect), and any Connect mainstage content for the SVP
In partnership with the Channel communications lead, support the development of SVP communications including written updates, presentations, and targeted messaging for audiences across the Partner Sales organisation
Run the Quarterly and Annual awards program end-to-end, from nominations and selection through to recognition at key events
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy operations, or executive program management roles within large, global technology or channel-driven organisations
Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or SVP-level executives — managing complex calendars, stakeholder commitments, and leadership operating rhythms at pace
Exposure to partner, channel, or sales organisations is strongly preferred; an understanding of partner-led GTM motions is desired
Proven track record of running cross-functional programs end-to-end
Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and external audiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

SVP feels “two steps ahead” of every meeting, every presentation, every call
All actions from staff calls, offsites, and CRO LT forums are tracked, owned, and delivered on time with clear accountability
Commercial cadence content is ready, accurate, and SVP-ready ahead of every forecast call, QBR, and deal review
Strategic sprint deliverables are structured, decision-ready, and landed with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
All-staff calls, sales conference sessions, and awards programmes are executed to a high standard with strong engagement from the organisation
The leadership team operates with a clear, consistent rhythm — reduced operational noise, stronger alignment, and more time focused on strategy and high-value work
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 213,000 - 319,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
