Job Summary
We are looking for an Investor Relations Sr. Analyst to join Equinix’s award winning Investor Relations department. Equinix’s IR group is a high-impact and fast paced team that manages the company’s relationship with our institutional investors and the broader financial community.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Investor Relations, this position will support the investor relations team as we articulate our differentiated position in the digital infrastructure space to ensure that the company is properly valued. This position is based in Redwood City, CA.
Responsibillities
Develop a strong understanding of Equinix, our differentiated strategy, and the digital infrastructure industry in an artificial intelligence enabled world
As part of the Investor Relations team, help develop materials for the quarterly earnings call, including the earnings deck, Q&A support, financial analysis, and logistics
Support the development of materials for investor events including conferences, road shows, and our biannual Analyst Day
Manage the investor relations CRM data base to track investor engagement and analyze the outcome of investor facing activities
Track market expectations for the company and the broader digital infrastructure sector, including consensus tracking, investor feedback, and industry trends
Manage the investor relations portion of the company website
Collaborate cross functionally with the marketing, public relations, and finance teams to assist in the development of external messaging relating to company strategy, M&A activities, and any other special events
Summarize and distribute equity research and competitor earnings to leadership
Qualifications
BA / BS Degree required
3 - 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in corporate finance, corporate development, accounting, investor relations, equity research, investment banking or a similarly broad financial positions for a global corporation
Strong interest in real estate and/or technology sectors and a desire to learn more
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Mature financial and analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial concepts and information
Strong ability to develop cross-functional internal relationships
Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
An energetic, efficient, outgoing and resourceful team player and individual contributor
The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
• San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $84,000 to $126,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
