In this meeting, we will provide further details about the role, answer any questions you may have, ensure that the role aligns with your career goals and skill set, and review the key criteria, which are also listed in the job advertisement. We will also explain the skills-based interview process that you will need to undergo in the next interview if selected. Throughout your interview process with Equinix, your recruiter will be your primary point of contact.
Panel interview
Panel interviews provide you with the opportunity to present to the manager you will be working with, as well as a team member or a key stakeholder. You will also have the chance to assess whether this team aligns with your future goals. We value interviewees who ask questions and are willing to challenge the team.
If you have been given a case study to prepare for or a problem statement, you will be asked to present or walk us through your proposal or solution. During this session, we are looking for evidence of your skills, experience, and abilities. We also want to see that you have thoughtfully considered your career choice.
Offer
If you are offered a role by Equinix and you accept it, you will be asked to complete a number of onboarding tasks. You will receive a link to complete a background check, gain access to our HR Portal, and receive updates that provide key insights into our culture.
Closer to your internship start date, you will receive instructions for your first day from the New to Career Team, as well as a welcome and preparation guide from your manager.
