Job Summary

The Ops Enablement Manager is responsible for optimizing the intersection between product and operations, also in charge of the operations of Monitoring and Tools frameworks, ensuring global scalability, operational efficiency, and a consistent customer experience. This role acts as a central enabler for transformation, focusing on harmonization and governance across regions and functions. The Ops Enablement Manager leads the consolidation of monitoring, tooling, and operational readiness, driving best practices and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Ops Enablement function, optimizing the intersection between product and operations to ensure global scalability, operational efficiency, and a consistent customer experience

  • Drive harmonization and governance across regions and functions, acting as a central enabler for transformation

  • Oversee Ops Readiness and Quality Assurance, ensuring new products, services, or changes are introduced into production in a controlled, reliable, and supportable state

  • Consolidate and manage monitoring and tooling teams globally, delivering unified observability and management frameworks

  • Validate operational workflows, documentation, and readiness criteria, driving continuous improvement through analysis of operational metrics and KPIs

  • Foster collaboration with regional operational areas to identify gaps and implement corrective actions

  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline aligned with strategic goals

  • Promote standardized processes and procedures across all regions, ensuring best practices are integrated into operational design and execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive best practices, avoiding silos in practices and operating model

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Extensive experience in managed services operations, enablement, and quality assurance leadership roles

  • Proven track record in leading organizational change initiatives, particularly regarding process improvements, technology implementations, and service enhancements

  • Deep understanding of monitoring, tooling, automation, and operational readiness frameworks

  • Experience in building and leading high-performing, service-oriented teams.

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and operational best practices

  • Experience in financial planning and execution, with a focus on CAPEX and OPEX efficiency

  • Substantial experience in cross-cultural working environments
