Job Summary
Supports the team with data exploration, data audits, quoting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Data Exploration
Supports in exploring data within various files and systems to determine trends and relationships between variables
Ad Hoc Reporting
Creates basic ad hoc report requests: Uses insights from data exploration to prepare basic visualizations and PowerPoint reports for clients requesting the data
Analytics Coaching
Shadows peers in training new joiners on analytics tools
Data Audit and Cleansing
Contributes to periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms
Assists with follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy
Scheduled Reports
Downloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule
Sends out reports to stakeholder group and answers basic questions pertaining to the report
Team Support
Supports the team by partnering on researching and resolving system errors
Schedules meetings to help maintain data alignment for metric reporting
Quote Support
Creates quotes to support internal team requests
Holds peers accountable for accurate quote requests by performing quality assurance checks
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Spanish Required, both written and verbal

Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Skills Required
Excel Pivot tables, charts, basic lookup functions, etc.
Ability to manage timelines and follow-up with cross-functional groups independently when deadlines are approaching and/or missed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, with ability to professionally and comfortably speak and write with internal and external team members
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to make decisions independently, knowing how and when to escalate issues
Ability to work in the local office up to 3 days a week, or more if there is a need for a specific event
