Role Overview 
The GTM Solution and Sales Play Enablement Program manager is responsible for designing, delivering and landing innovative enablement programs for field sales and supporting roles in Equinix. This role ensures the field is equipped with the knowledge, skills and acumen to execute sales plays needed to drive opportunity pipeline from creation to close for Equinix sellers and partners. This senior role will also contribute to the development of proficiency frameworks and learning interventions to build skills and knowledge across CRO field roles. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Enablement Strategy & Program Design 

  • Design, develop and land high-quality enablement programs, including enablement asset development, communications, and learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. 

  • Partner with Enablement Business Partners, Go To Market Operations, and Product Marketing to identify priorities and align enablement initiatives with CRO organizational goals. 

  • Support the design and creation of proficiency frameworks for key CRO roles to foster continuous skill and knowledge development. 

Program Execution & Measurement 

  • Manage intake and prioritization of solution and sales play oriented enablement requests to ensure alignment with business needs. 

  • Oversee program delivery and adoption, leveraging metrics and feedback to refine and improve effectiveness. 

  • Provide regular insights to GTM leaders and stakeholders on program impact and engagement. 

Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Work closely with partners internally and externally to deliver best-in-class enablement solutions. 

  • Collaborate across Go To Market Operations and business stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure smooth execution. 

  • Champion process improvements and innovative approaches to enablement. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement or related Go To Market roles. 

  • Strong background in program design, learning methodologies, and enablement tooling. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Experience in high-tech GTM motions (Sales, Channel, Customer Success) preferred. 

  • Demonstrably acumen of AI technologies to help develop and land enablement in an engaging way.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
