Job Summary

We are seeking an FP&A Senior Manager to play a critical role across enterprise planning, external readiness, and execution rigor. This role sits within Corporate FP&A and has direct responsibility for:

  • Operationalizing the Enterprise Operating Plan (EOP)

  • Supporting external reporting, including REIT disclosures

  • Helping execute the 2027 Analyst Day

  • Translating the EOP into a scalable, system‑enabled solution over the next 1-2 years

This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role working closely with senior finance leadership, Strategy, Investor Relations, Accounting, and the business.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Planning & EOP

  • Own the day‑to‑day execution and evolution of the Enterprise Operating Plan (EOP)

  • Translate enterprise strategy into clear multi‑year financial assumptions, scenarios, and tradeoffs

  • Ensure strong linkage between long‑range planning, annual planning, and capital allocation

External Readiness

  • Support the external reporting, including financial narratives, bridge analyses, and executive materials

  • Partner with Accounting and Tax on REIT asset tests, disclosures, and supporting analyses

  • Ensure consistency between internal plans, earnings outputs, and external messaging

Analyst Day & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the financial backbone of the 2027 Analyst Day, ensuring alignment between EOP, long‑term outlook, and external story

  • Coordinate across FP&A, Strategy, and Investor Relations on assumptions and narratives

Tooling & Process Scalability

  • Partner with FP&A systems and IT to translate EOP requirements into scalable tools and processes

  • Reduce manual effort and improve repeatability across planning and reporting cycles

Executive & Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Develop executive‑ready materials for senior leadership

  • Drive alignment and accountability across a complex, global organization

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, M&A, Treasury Capital Markets, strategic finance, corporate planning, or related roles

  • Experience owning complex planning and reporting processes with senior‑level exposure

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with high accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting earnings, Analyst Days, or investor‑related deliverables

  • Familiarity with REIT structures, asset tests, or disclosure requirements

  • Exposure to FP&A systems or planning tools

  • Experience in a global, capital‑intensive, or infrastructure‑oriented business

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

United States - Tampa Office TAO : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
