Job Summary
Is Responsible for processing and qualifying all inbound leads while pro-actively prospecting in an assigned territory, culminating in qualified second level meetings with respective field and/or inside sales team for close. Works collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Field/Corporate Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, etc.). Engages and qualifies a broad set of decision makers/influencers within prospects and clients. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competition. Performs account research and suspect acquisition leveraging a variety of industry leading tools.
Responsibilities
Territory Planning
Develops and executes Regionally against a comprehensive account/territory plan leveraging internal resources (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
Holds Regional team accountable to drive territory plans and account plans for key prospects and customers
Defines STAR prospect strategy Regionally
Grows and optimizes headcount and resources in region for Go-To-Market strategy
Conducts internal Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring performance against pre-established business metrics and providing coaching where/when necessary
Leverage Internal Partners
Drives Regional strategy and communication plan with internal partners (Sales Ops, RSD, RVP, Marketing etc.)
Collaborates with Marketing to drive demand generation programs and campaigns Regionally
Reporting/Forecasting
Achieves and exceeds KPI targets Regionally
Provides accurate reporting on regular cadence to Executive Leadership
Ensures operational discipline of team to meet KPIs for Region
People Management
Provides Regional leadership and direction to the team for defining and executing on their regional plans
Coaches team on on-going skills development and selling behaviors
Creates spirit of collaboration, evangelism, and engagement with sales teams
Drives accountability for the performance and results
Responsible for management of change within the team Regionally
Owns and manages all escalations to senior leadership for critical matters
Evaluates and makes decisions for tools available for more efficient business management
Is responsible for all hiring decisions and activities Regionally, compensation, quarterly conversations, performance counseling, coaching and career development
Qualifications
15+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 218,000 - 328,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects On-Target Earnings or OTE, which is base pay plus commissions, and does not include equity or benefits. Equity may be offered depending on the position.
