Role Overview
The Corporate Development Intern will support strategic initiatives across market analysis, partnership evaluation, and financial modeling. This role sits at the intersection of business development and finance, providing exposure to how companies assess growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and support strategic decision‑making.
This internship is ideal for a student interested in strategy, deals, and data‑driven business analysis within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities
- Support evaluation of growth opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research
- Assist with financial analysis, including revenue modeling, ROI analysis, and scenario modeling
- Help prepare business cases, presentations, and executive‑level summaries
- Track performance metrics and support strategic reporting
- Collaborate with finance, strategy, and business teams on cross‑functional initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (graduation Dec 2026–Sept 2027)
- Majoring in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, Accounting, Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, analysis)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Exposure to financial modeling, valuation, or corporate finance
- Experience with PowerPoint or executive‑level presentations
- Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, or M&A concepts
- Interest in corporate strategy, business development, or investments
