Role Overview

The Commercial Opportunity Management (COM) Associate supports the execution of commercial deals across the sales lifecycle. The role focuses on coordinating deal activities, ensuring accurate system data, and enabling timely progression from quote to close.

This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support deal execution while ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Orchestration

  • Coordinate across Sales and cross-functional teams to progress active opportunities

  • Track deal status, next steps, and ownership in CRM and quoting systems

  • Identify and escalate execution blockers (e.g. missing data, approvals, pricing, contracting steps)

  • Direct stakeholders to relevant tools, dashboards, and enablement resources

  • Facilitate structured discussions focused on resolving deal risks or delays

Funnel Readiness & Execution Support

  • Review opportunity readiness based on defined criteria (e.g. stage progression, deal risk, proximity to close)

  • Highlight risks such as missing quotes, stalled deals, or expiring opportunities

  • Provide visibility on deal progression to Sales and Customer Success teams

  • Increase support for high-priority deals (e.g. quarter-end, escalations)

  • Manage execution of complex, single-country deals, including updates to quotes and documentation

Deal Structuring & Quoting

  • Prepare and manage standard and non-standard commercial quotes

  • Coordinate approvals and ensure adherence to pricing and contracting requirements

  • Support initiation and tracking of legal agreements

  • Validate booking readiness, including documentation completeness and approvals

  • Monitor quote timelines, including expirations and renewals

  • Raise and track system or tooling issues through resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales operations, customer success, order management, or similar commercial processes

  • Experience managing multiple tasks or deals with defined deadlines

  • Ability to identify and escalate issues impacting process execution

  • Experience working with CRM or quoting systems to manage opportunity data

  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting complex or non-standard commercial deals

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Finance, Legal)

  • Experience analysing pipeline or operational data to identify risks

  • Familiarity with sales lifecycle processes (quote-to-cash, contracting, approvals)

  • Ability to analyse deal status and identify execution risks

  • Clear communication of actions, dependencies, and next steps

  • Stakeholder coordination across multiple functions

  • Structured problem-solving within defined processes

  • Attention to detail when managing data and documentation

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 87,000 - 139,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
