Teamwork in Action – cross-functional collaboration at scale
Delivering the largest and most advanced Equinix facility in India required true cross-functional collaboration. MB3 introduces first-of-its-kind electrical, mechanical, and Data Center Infrastructure Management systems for the region, demanding precise coordination across teams.
Our Project, Commissioning (Cx), and Operations teams worked side by side every day under intense timelines. The journey to launch was marked by intense timelines and the need for meticulous orchestration across multiple technical functions.
During the post-construction fit-out phase, our teams addressed complex challenges to ensure all equipment and systems were properly installed, and fully operational, and Ready for Service (RFS)"This collaborative approach was essential. We jointly resolved live incoming feeder energization issues, conducted critical water-quality testing for cooling systems, established NIR rooms, and identified and rectified key control-logic problems in the switchboards. Daily cross‑functional meetings created an environment of open knowledge‑sharing where every milestone was a shared win.
