Responsabilités
Gestion
Fournit des conseils aux chefs de projets de construction et d'exploitation qui dirigent la réalisation des projets de construction et d'exploitation au jour le jour
Fixer des objectifs pour les membres de l'équipe immédiate
Gestion de projet
Gérer un ou plusieurs petits projets ou un seul projet de construction plus important
Montrer l'exemple en matière de sécurité, de normes et de culture d'entreprise
Gérer et contrôler l'avancement du projet, la qualité et le respect des réglementations en matière de construction
Veiller à ce que les projets répondent aux attentes de l'entreprise ou les dépassent
Aperçu et gestion des registres des risques liés aux projets
Relations avec les fournisseurs
Diriger les fournisseurs externes pour chaque projet, y compris les entrepreneurs généraux, les équipes de conception A&E, les agents de mise en service, les fournisseurs d'équipement, etc.
Contribuer à l'établissement et au maintien de relations de grande valeur
Programmes de formation
Participe à l'identification et à l'élaboration des programmes de formation
Apporte son soutien à la formation interfonctionnelle
Administration des contrats
Gérer les procédures d'administration des contrats, y compris la création, l'examen et le suivi des contrats principaux, des contrats de sous-traitance, des ordres de modification, des prévisions de coûts et d'autres documents pertinents
Assurer la liaison avec les autorités locales et les agences et départements de l'État concernés
Leadership
Diriger les membres internes et externes de l'équipe de projet, y compris les équipes internes de conception, d'approvisionnement, d'exploitation, de commerce et d'assistance informatique/réseau
Encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe en fonction des besoins
Élaboration de politiques et de procédures
Gère le maintien des meilleures politiques et procédures
Gère les processus de clôture de projet, de transfert et de leçons tirées, qui sont établis et mis en œuvre
Qualifications
Licence ou équivalent en construction, gestion de projet de construction et/ou ingénierie des services ou expérience équivalente
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets et de constructions incluant des infrastructures critiques pour des centres de données, des laboratoires pharmaceutiques, des entreprises de biotechnologie ou des environnements similaires
Capacité et volonté de voyager
Expérience confirmée de la gestion de projets dans un environnement de construction
Orientation client
Motivation personnelle et flexibilité
Connaissance approfondie des réglementations légales pertinentes et des meilleures pratiques du secteur
Expérience des méthodologies de passation des marchés de construction
Compétences en MS Office, y compris MS Project, Excel et Visio

English Description:
Job Summary
This position is within the Global Design and Construction team, delivering a multiple billion USD project portfolio each year. Directs day to day activities and operations of a large team of Construction/Operation Project Managers. Mentors junior team members and makes strong tactical decisions to resolve project issues. Manages Construction project costs, methods, and project team selection to meet project schedules and goals while working in a multi-faceted environment.
Responsibilities
Management:
Provides guidance to Construction/Operations Project Managers who are driving the delivery to day-to-day Construction/Operations projects
Sets goals for immediate team members
Project Management:
Manages one or more smaller projects or single larger construction project
Lead by example on safety, standards, and culture
Manage and monitor project progress, quality and compliance with building regulations.
Ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations
Overview and management of project risk registers.
Vendor Relations:
Directs external vendors per project comprising general contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers etc.
Contributes to establishing and maintaining high value relationships
Training Programs:
Supports in identifying and developing training programs
Supports cross-functional training
Contract Administration:
Manages contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation
Liaising with local authorities and relevant State agencies and departments.
Leadership:
Directs internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, Commercial and IT/Network support teams
Mentors junior team members as needed
Policy & Procedure Development:
Manages maintaining best in class policies and procedures
Manages project closure, handover and lessons learnt processes are established and implemented.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction, construction project management and /or Services engineering or with equivalent experience
Proven experience in project and construction management that will include critical Infrastructure for Datacentre, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech or similar environments
Ability and willingness to travel
Proven experience of project management in a construction environment
Customer focus
Self-motivated and flexible
In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practice
Experienced in Construction procurement methodologies
MS Office including MS Project, Excel and Visio skills
