Job Summary

The Product Analyst / Sr Analyst plays a key role in delivering and scaling enterprise performance management solutions used by senior leaders and business teams to track performance and priorities. This role partners closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into clear, intuitive, high-quality dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate is highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where accuracy, stakeholder trust, and execution discipline are critical.

Responsibilities

Business and Requirements Analysis

  • Partner with Product Managers to analyze business needs related to enterprise performance management (e.g., metric selection, prioritization, definition

  • Translate business questions into clear, actionable requirements including User workflows and use cases, Metric definitions, calculations, and assumption, and Wireframes and UX/UI specifications

  • Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and ready for engineering execution

Delivery, Testing, and Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams during development to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements

  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), including validation of data logic, calculations, and user experience

  • Track defects, manage issue resolution, and support release readiness

  • Conduct post-deployment validation to ensure enhancements meet business and leadership expectations

User Enablement, Support, and Operations

  • Support dashboard adoption through release notes, user guides, demos, and training sessions

  • Assist Product Managers with delivery tracking, stakeholder updates, and operational reporting

  • Maintain documentation, backlog hygiene, and delivery artifacts to support a scalable product operating model

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or other relevant fields

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, analytics or a similar role, preferably within a technology company

  • Strong experience working with Tableau and Looker

  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders

  • Hands on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and analytical with strong critical thinking skills

  • Comfortable operating in execution-heavy roles that require precision, follow-through, and quality control

  • Experience using delivery and project tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Strong eye for usability and design and able to create and interpret wireframes using tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Clear and concise communicator, capable of translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proactive, adaptable, and effective in dynamic, evolving product environments
