Job Summary

The Physical Security Enablement Advisor resolves basic security projects, follows routine processes to security enablement adherence within the Data Center.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the physical security team to develop and implement strategies to enhance our security posture

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security gaps and develop appropriate mitigation plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine security requirements and successfully implement them

• Create and implement training programs to educate employees on effective methods for maintaining physical security

• Monitor and analyze security data to identify trends and recommend improvements to existing security measures

• Oversee security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection

• Stay informed about the latest developments and emerging trends in physical security within the industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated expertise in physical security management, preferably in a large-scale organization

• Strong knowledge of security technologies, protocols, and procedures

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Meticulous and committed to achieving impeccable outcomes

• Ambitious and driven to compete and excel in a challenging industry
