Overview of Function, Team, and Role:

Talent Consulting Services is a dynamic team of internal consultants who design and deliver strategic projects within Equinix Human Resources. Our team is comprised of specialists in Learning and Development, Change Management, Organizational Design and content creation. Working with project sponsors within HR and the business, our team designs and delivers unique solutions to ensure that key projects are successful across Equinix.

There are several ongoing priority projects that our team is supporting. The successful HR intern will be integrated into a project team and working with several of our team members as well as a project sponsor. Our ongoing projects for 2025 include the launch of a new performance management system, the delivery of a cultural transformation, and the implementation of an HR operating model.

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):  

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2025-September 2026)
