We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Mobility Specialist to support the delivery of our global mobility programs, including immigration, relocation, international assignments, repatriation, and business travel compliance. In this role, you will partner with employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage mobility cases, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide an exceptional employee experience throughout the mobility lifecycle. This role is dedicated to supporting immigration casework, with a strong focus on U.S. immigration processes and compliance. Expertise in U.S. immigration requirements and I-9 employment eligibility verification is critical. The position will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support global mobility services, including the coordination of tax and payroll activities for assignees and international transfers, helping to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Employee Experience & Case Management
Manage end-to-end mobility cases across immigration, relocation, assignments, repatriation, and business travel programs.
Provide timely guidance and updates to employees and managers throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Ensure accurate case documentation, record maintenance, and SLA compliance.
Apply established processes and escalate complex or non-standard cases as required.
Compliance & Risk Management
Review mobility documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor visa, work authorization, and assignment-related compliance obligations.
Identify, mitigate, and escalate potential compliance risks or exceptions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Partner with immigration, relocation, and mobility vendors to support case execution.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor vendor performance and support SLA adherence.
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain accurate mobility data and reporting dashboards.
Track case metrics, identify trends, and highlight operational risks or bottlenecks.
Support process improvements, knowledge management, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
6+ years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, Immigration, or related field.
Knowledge of global mobility programs, immigration processes, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR systems, case management tools, and reporting platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy in a fast-paced global environment.
