Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support the VP of Solutions Engineering, and the Americas region, including a Senior Technologist. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is highly proactive and resourceful, and brings a strong customer service mindset. This individual will be a collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and proven experience managing competing priorities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and demanding calendars and travel schedules, including planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, handling meeting logistics, and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between supported executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Oversee sophisticated administrative tasks requiring independent judgment, initiative, and confidentiality

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Executive Assistants across the organization

  • Prepare, submit, and track accurate and timely expense reports

  • Plan and coordinate special events, including venue selection, catering, and AV/video conferencing logistics

  • Manage purchase orders and support approval and processing of invoices

  • Organize and execute meetings, including preparing presentations and reports, taking and distributing meeting notes, and managing follow-up actions

  • Support and coordinate special projects as needed

  • Assist with department-wide events, communications, and initiatives

  • Manage global distribution lists, shared inboxes, and other communications channels

  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership, their direct reports, and broader teams to ensure smooth communication flow

  • Support team health and communications, helping ensure alignment, clarity, and positive team engagement

  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience performing similar administrative responsibilities in a global corporate environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Visio, Teams, and SharePoint preferred

  • Strong ability to prioritize, re-prioritize, and meet shifting deadlines with minimal oversight

  • Proven organizational skills with strong multi-tasking ability and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and respect for confidentiality

  • Ability to build and maintain positive, productive cross-functional relationships

  • Strong customer-service orientation with a proactive and resourceful approach

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines

  • Experience working in a culturally diverse and global organization preferred

  • Communications and events experience preferred

  • Experience supporting large technical teams preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Ashburn Office AEO : 77,000 - 115,600 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
