Join a team of professionals, becoming part of it as one of our team and collaborating both on a day-to-day basis and on projects. Support the Logistics & Vendor Management team in administrative tasks 

Duties:

• Support in the verification of invoices for products received from suppliers

• Support in the analysis, opening, control, and management of payment orders in the systems

• Support in the supplier management process

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction in products that are part of the area's scope

• Contribute with analyses and ideas for improvements and automation of processes focused on reducing and/or eliminating repetitive activities

• Work with related areas and contribute to the improvement/improvements of the E2E (end to end) process

• Support in the creation of operational and strategic reports for the project/product

• Support team management in the activities that make up the areas' processes.

• English B2: High spoken and written level.

• You have fluency in computer usage and would like to learn more tools - office suite, zoom, oracle cloud, coupa

• You have student status or you finished your studies recently

• Knowledge of visualization tools - Power BI, Tableau - is nice t have
