에퀴닉스의 Operations팀에 합류하게 되시면 고객에게 최고의 서비스를 제공하는 팀의 일원으로 데이터 센터 시설 인프라를 유지 관리하는 주요 업무를 담당하게 됩니다. 해당 팀에서는 다양한 사고와 가치를 수용하고 모든 임직원에게 평등한 업무 환경을 제공하고 있으며 이는 기업의 성공을 위한 핵심 가치로 강조하고 있습니다.

Responsibilities

• 데이터센터 운영, 장비 유지보수 및 서비스 프로비저닝을 포함한 기술지원 서비스 제공 

• 케이블 설치, 제거 및 테스트 진행 

• 서버 및 네트워크 장비 설치, 장애 처리 

• Incident 프로세스에 대한 이해 및 처리 

• 데이터센터 내 외부업체 작업 관리 및 감독 

• SLA 기반 티켓 관리 및 작업 내용 문서화 

Qualifications

• 0-2년 IT 인프라 관련 경력 보유

• 정보통신기사, 무선설비기사, 방송통신기사, 통신선로산업기사 등과 같은 기사 자격증 보유자 우대

• 고객 중심적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력 

• 기본적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분 

• 교대근무 가능한 분

• 업무 필요에 따른 물건 운반, 이동에 건강상의 결격 사유가 없는 분

• 근무지: 고양시 향동지구
