Job Summary

Supports day-to-day administrative and customer-facing operations across one or more data center facilities. Applies working knowledge of standard operating procedures to resolve moderately complex issues, coordinate on-site activities, and deliver a positive customer experience. Exercises judgment, escalates appropriately, and supports overall team operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for multiple data center facilities, including phone coverage, work request tracking, dispatches, and escalations.

  • Coordinate customer and vendor site visits, schedules, conference rooms, and tours.

  • Respond to customer inquiries on-site and via direct communication channels, resolving issues or routing to appropriate teams.

  • Educate customers on data center policies, procedures, facilities, and services.

  • Escort customers and vendors during on-site work visits as required.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and local vendors; support customer shipments and inventory needs.

  • Assist with purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and invoicing when needed.

  • Identify trends or recurring customer issues and provide recommendations.

  • Support special projects and provide back-up coverage for customer-facing operations as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative support, customer service, facilities, or site-based operations.

  • Working knowledge of standard operating procedures and the ability to apply them to moderately complex situations.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and exercise judgment in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors.

  • Proficient in basic office systems and work request or ticketing tools.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - CH3 Chicago : 51,000 - 76,600 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
