About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving financial health through smart credit and collections strategies? Join our dynamic Finance team as a Credit Collection Analyst, where you'll play a key role in optimizing cash flow, minimizing risk, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities
Credit & Collections Strategy
Analyze customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits within established guidelines.
Support the development and implementation of credit and collections policies to improve receivables and reduce aged balances.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Account Executives to resolve credit issues and support strategic customer relationships.
Customer Engagement & Issue Resolution
Lead follow-ups on delinquent accounts and engage directly with customers to resolve undisputed balances.
Provide operational support for accounts receivable balances managed by external collection partners.
Financial Reconciliation
Manage open customer balances, reconcile trial balances, and resolve unapplied payments and credit memos.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
Ensure accuracy of customer data in AR systems to support efficient collections.
Deliver timely insights and recommendations on disputed balances to management.
Maintain documentation to meet audit and legal compliance standards.
Process Optimization & Projects
Participate in system upgrades and testing for new finance tools.
Take ownership of challenging accounts and drive resolution.
Support global process optimization (GPO) initiatives.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in credit and collections.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
Certification such as XCBA/CBF is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
