Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the team with security projects, processes, audits, and Data Center.

Responsibilities

 

  • Follow the Operations Information Request Management process:
    • Conduct a thorough review of incoming requests assigned
    • Respond to customer questionnaires involving site-specific topics such as facility design, electrical systems, mechanical systems, resiliency, physical security, and operational processes
    • Open and manage OARs and other requests to site teams and technical subject matter experts when additional information is required
    • Communicate and collaborate with site operations, engineering, facilities, physical security, and other stakeholders to gather accurate information and ensure timely responses
    • Utilize the content repository and other approved resources to complete requests
    • Manage the lifecycle of requests from beginning to end and meet the applicable response service level objective (SLO)
    • Escalate when necessary to ensure a timely response
    • Ensure response documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Assist with continual content repository improvements by identifying and submitting new site and infrastructure-related content for future use
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong working relationships globally with stakeholders in support of our external customers, including Site Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Product, Sales, Legal, and Client Services
  • Assist the team in participating in projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and the skills and capabilities of the individual

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven years of relevant work experience in data center operations, technical support, facilities management, operational management, or business analysis
  • Experience in or solid knowledge of the data center colocation industry
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with sensitivity to a global audience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • Strong customer focus and agile learning ability

 

Demonstrated Ability To

  • Utilize business writing skills to provide concise responses to customer requests
  • Work effectively with site teams, engineers, and other subject matter experts to gather and validate information
  • Display strong project and time management skills to ensure service level objectives are met while prioritizing and reprioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, culturally diverse, and global environment
  • Proficiency with software applications, including Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 98,000 - 156,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
