Job Summary

The Reporting & Analytics Analyst / Sr Analyst is integral in developing and managing enterprise performance management solutions. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring delivery of user-centered data and analytics solutions to support Executive Management and the analyst community. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Business Requirements Definition

• Analyze business needs related to enterprise performance management (e.g., metric selection, prioritization, definition)

• Create detailed and accurate requirements documentation (e.g., user workflows, wireframes, UX/UI elements, logic / calculations, etc.) for the IT development team

Dashboard Development and Testing

• Collaborate with IT during the dashboard development process to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment validation of new features / enhancements

• Manage issue resolution throughout the development cycle

User Enablement and Support

• Develop user resources (e.g., release notes, user guides, etc.) and conduct demos / trainings to drive adoption

• Address day-to-day user queries and requests related to access, features, etc.

• Prepare regular project management reports and presentations for stakeholders

Analytics Products / Projects

• Enterprise & Functional Metrics Dashboard

• Enterprise & Functional Goals Dashboard

• Domain Dashboards

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other relevant fields

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a similar role, preferably within a technology company

The Ideal Candidate

• Detail oriented, highly organized, and a strong critical thinker with structured problem-solving skills

• Experienced in project / product management, with proficiency in tools like Jira

• Possesses a good eye for design and applies basic design principles in his/her work, with experience creating UX/UI wireframes using PowerPoint / Figma / Adobe XD, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and succinctly

• Proactive and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments while managing multiple tasks effectively
