Critical Facilities Engineer (CFE)

ポジション概要

Equinixのデータセンターにおいて、電力・空調・消防設備などのミッションクリティカルなファシリティインフラの運用・保守を担当します。

24時間365日止めることのできないデータセンター環境において、安全性・可用性・効率性を維持しながら、お客様へ高品質なサービスを提供する重要な役割です。

設備運用だけでなく、障害対応、予防保全、改善活動、ベンダーマネジメントを通じて、データセンターの安定運営に貢献いただきます。

Critical Facilities Operations

• データセンター内の電力・空調・UPS・消防設備等の監視、運用、保守
• BMSを活用した設備監視およびアラーム対応
• 日常点検および設備状態の記録・報告

Preventive Maintenance & Vendor Management

• 予防保全、設備メンテナンスおよび資産管理の実施
• ベンダー・工事業者の作業管理、安全管理、品質管理
• 保守点検や設備工事に伴う計画書・手順書の作成

Incident Response & Continuous Improvement

• 設備障害発生時の対応、原因調査、復旧支援
• 障害報告および改善活動の推進
• Facility Engineerや関連部門と連携した運用改善

Customer & Cross-functional Support

• 顧客オーダーに伴う設備対応および引渡し支援
• 社内関係部署と連携したデータセンター運営のサポート

応募資格

必須条件

• 電気、機械、設備工学または関連分野の知識
• 設備保守・設備運用・設備工事管理いずれかの実務経験（3年以上）
• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）
• 日本語による円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• 日本での就労ビザを既にお持ちの方
• シフト勤務が可能な方

歓迎条件

• データセンター、半導体工場、病院、空港、発電所などミッションクリティカル施設での経験
• 電力設備、空調設備、UPS、発電機等の運用経験
• BMS、DCIM、CMMS（Maximo等）の利用経験
• ベンダーマネジメント経験
• 英語での読み書き・会話能力

• 電気主任技術者（第三種以上）
• 電気工事士
• エネルギー管理士
• 消防設備士
• 危険物取扱者（乙種第4類）
• 防火管理者
• その他ファシリティ関連資格

勤務条件・待遇

【勤務地】大阪府箕面市彩都

【勤務時間】シフト勤務　日勤（9：00-18：00昼食1時間）及び　泊勤務（9:00-翌9:0０　昼夜食1時間休憩/6時間仮眠）

【雇用形態】正社員

【休日休暇】年次有給休暇（入社⽇に該当⽇数を付与、初年度最大12 ⽇） 、試験休暇 、忌引休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇他

【給与】年棒制　※別途インセンティブあり　　※経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇いたします
