Job Summary
The Business Analyst supports the design, testing, and validation of new partner processes as they move from pilot to scale. You will own defined parts of an end-to-end partner experience under validation, find where the new route breaks at the partner, translate stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, and generate the evidence that shows whether a solution is ready to scale and hand off.
This role suits someone who enjoys untangling complex processes, learning unfamiliar systems, and turning evidence into practical decisions.
Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Validation
Analyze partner processes under incubation and find where routes break, why they break, and what it would take to fix them.
Evaluate how systems, manual activities, and stakeholder handoffs work together across the end-to-end experience.
Recommend improvements grounded in data, testing results, and partner feedback.
Apply Lean Six Sigma or other structured methods where they fit the problem.
Scale Readiness and Handoff
Define what "ready to scale" means for the parts of the process you own.
Package the evidence behind each scale-readiness call so a receiving team can act on it.
Support the handoff to CRO, CDIO & CPO teams and operational owners once a route is proven, and confirm alignment holds after transition.
Project and Change Support
Support project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and status reporting.
Own assigned process activities from implementation and testing through analysis and handoff.
Keep process maps, procedures, and supporting documentation current.
Conduct pre- and post-implementation analysis to compare expected benefits with actual results.
Requirements and Solution Design
Gather and document business and functional requirements across multiple stakeholders.
Translate partner feedback into clear requirements and user stories.
Work with business systems, product, and development teams on solution design.
Review functional designs and assess upstream and downstream process impacts.
Stakeholder Management and Reporting
Build effective relationships with external partners and cross-functional teams.
Consolidate feedback to surface trends and underlying business issues.
Communicate progress, findings, risks, and recommendations clearly.
Escalate unresolved issues when additional support or decisions are required.
Testing
Plan, support, and execute user acceptance testing for process and platform changes.
Document test outcomes, issues, and defects.
Assess whether solutions meet business requirements and support the intended partner experience.
Qualifications
Three or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, sales operations, program management, marketing operations, or process improvement preferred.
Experience with a CRM or transactional platform; Salesforce experience preferred.
Experience analyzing processes and translating stakeholder needs into requirements or recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence working with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Associate degree preferred. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a plus, not a requirement.
What Will Set You Apart
Curiosity about how processes work and why they break.
Ability to recognize patterns across multiple issues or feedback points.
Confidence learning unfamiliar systems and working through ambiguity.
Strong attention to detail and a habit of validating work before sharing it.
A practical, collaborative approach to solving problems.
How This Role Works
This role operates in a diagnose, design, prove, hand-off cadence. You will own defined parts of a process rather than whole processes, prove them through live pilots with real partners, and hand the proven route to the team that will run it at scale.
Working Arrangement
This Manila-based role primarily operates within APAC business hours. Some flexibility may be required for occasional collaboration with stakeholders in other regions. Flexible working arrangements may be available in line with company policy and business needs.
