Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft .Net technologies to serve as a key contributor within our solutions development team. The core platform is designed to meet the specialized business needs leveraging advanced OLAP capabilities, multi-dimensional modeling, and SQL technologies.

As the Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the advancement of business platforms by defining best practices and driving improvements across architecture, performance, data management, and integrations. Your role will ensure the platform remains scalable, seamlessly integrated, and aligned with evolving business requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy scalable cloud solutions across OneStream and Oracle cloud to meet evolving business performance and reporting requirements

• Define and implement best practices for metadata management, cube design, security modeling, and system performance tuning

• Perform regular performance tuning, debugging, data load optimization, and system audits to maintain platform efficiency and integrity

• Serve as technical SME on various platform capabilities such as marketplace solutions, enhancements, and upgrade release planning

• High proficiency in writing business rules with SQL & VB.Net, designing Dashboard XFBR rules, dynamic calculations, and member formulas

• Experience in developing and managing complex integrations with other domains

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, cube design specs, integration mapping, and UAT to support ongoing system lifecycle management

• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs

• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in iterative sprints, adapting to changes, and delivering continuously

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in VB.NET, C#, Oracle Cloud applications. Experience on object-oriented programming preferred

• Good to have experience in implementing of Hyperion/OneStream software and APIs

• Must have knowledge in Webservices, REST APIs

• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, query analysis and optimization, relational dependencies, indexing for queries, stored procedures etc

• Experience working in a tech intensive, fast change environment

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred
