Job Summary: 

This role provides vital support to the team by managing security projects, processes, audits, and overseeing security equipment and supervising the overall security team. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential for this position. 

Responsibilities: 

Processes: 

• Assist in implementing information security processes across all relevant sites. 

• Review basic security and business continuity processes within the IBX, with appropriate guidance. 

Project Management: 

• Support security and business continuity projects across relevant sites (e.g., security construction, certifications). 

Support to IBX: 

• Monitor key performance indicators for physical security and business continuity. 

• Collaborate with senior team members to offer day-to-day support to IBX Operations Security & Compliance. 

Compliance and Audit Support: 

• Aid in conducting security audits (internal and external) across all applicable sites. 

Data Management: 

• Collect and analyze security data. 

• Prepare and maintain security-related documents, including ISO 27001 documentation. 

Training: 

• Coordinate and schedule security training across all relevant sites. 

• Assist in developing training materials and participate in shadowing security training sessions. 

What we expect from you: 

• Experience in supervising safety and security teams. 

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English. 

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the security field. 

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
